IMPORTING WEB MAIL ACCOUNTS

Web Mail Location:  http://ccschools.cc:2000

Overview: Teacher will need to fill in the form for students using Web Mail for classroom activities.  Please follow the instructions so that the student accounts can be imported properly.

Instructions:  In the "Student Web Mail Entry" form, please type the information required for each area:

·        Mailbox:  Represents the E-mail Username of the student and the year student graduates.  Note:  No spaces allowed..  Example: ekbepaul.2009

·        FullName:  Represents the alias of the student and school account.  We are protecting the identity of minor students.  Don’t use real names.  Example:  ekbepaul-IMP

·        Password:  Used by student to access Web Mail account.  This can’t be changed and needs to be recorded by teacher and student for future reference. Example: Buck22
